체크인 안내
Check-in Guide
체크인 시간: 오후 3:00 ~ 오후 10:00
Check-in Time: 3:00 PM ~ 10:00 PM
체크인 시 본인 확인을 위해 신분증을 제시해 주셔야 합니다. 예약자와 투숙객이 다를 경우, 예약자의 신분증 사본과 투숙객의 신분증이 필요합니다.
You must present your ID for identification at check-in. If the booker and the guest are different, a copy of the booker's ID and the guest's ID are required.
- 체크인 시 보증금 10만원이 발생하며, 퇴실 시 객실 상태 확인 후 반환됩니다.
- 오후 10시 이후 체크인은 사전에 프론트로 연락 부탁드립니다.
- 얼리 체크인은 사전 문의 시 가능 여부를 확인해 드립니다. (추가 요금 발생)
- 체크인 시 객실 내 비품 및 시설물 파손 여부를 확인해 주세요.
- A deposit of 100,000 won is required at check-in and will be returned after checking the room condition at check-out.
- Please contact the front desk in advance for check-in after 10:00 PM.
- Early check-in is available upon prior inquiry. (Additional fee applies)
- Please check for any damage to the room amenities and facilities at check-in.

체크아웃 시간: 오전 11:00까지
Check-out Time: Until 11:00 AM
체크아웃은 오전 11시까지입니다. 객실 키는 프론트에 반납해 주시기 바랍니다. 객실 내 비품 및 시설물 파손 여부를 확인한 후 보증금이 반환됩니다.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Please return the room key to the front desk. The deposit will be returned after checking for any damage to the room amenities and facilities.
- 레이트 체크아웃은 사전 문의 시 가능 여부를 확인해 드립니다. (추가 요금 발생)
- 체크아웃 시간 초과 시 시간당 3만원의 추가 요금이 발생합니다.
- 객실 내 음식물 쓰레기는 분리수거하여 지정된 장소에 버려주시기 바랍니다.
- 객실 내 개인 물품 분실에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.
- Late check-out is available upon prior inquiry. (Additional fee applies)
- An additional fee of 30,000 won per hour will be charged for exceeding the check-out time.
- Please separate food waste and dispose of it in the designated place.
- Please be careful not to lose your personal belongings in the room.

Facilities Usage Guide
가평 남이섬그랑나랑스파&풀빌라는 다양한 부대시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 모든 부대시설은 투숙객에 한해 이용 가능하며, 일부 시설은 예약이 필요할 수 있습니다.
Gapyeong Nami Island Grand Narang Spa & Pool Villa has various facilities. All facilities are available only to guests, and some facilities may require reservations.
수영장
Swimming Pool
5월 1일부터 3월 30일까지 운영하는 수심 1m 성인 풀입니다. 구명조끼와 비치파라솔이 구비되어 있습니다.
A 1m deep adult pool that operates from May 1 to March 30. Life jackets and beach parasols are provided.
스파
Spa
천연 온천수를 이용한 스파 시설로, 피로 회복과 휴식에 최적입니다. 사전 예약제로 운영됩니다.
A spa facility using natural hot spring water, optimal for fatigue recovery and relaxation. Operates on a reservation basis.
바베큐장
BBQ Area
야외 바베큐 시설로, 숯과 그릴이 제공됩니다. 이용 시 사전 예약이 필요하며, 추가 요금이 발생합니다.
An outdoor BBQ facility with charcoal and grill provided. Prior reservation is required, and additional fees apply.
카페
Cafe
아름다운 전망을 감상하며 커피와 디저트를 즐길 수 있는 카페입니다. 오전 8시부터 오후 10시까지 운영됩니다.
A cafe where you can enjoy coffee and desserts while admiring the beautiful view. Open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
피트니스 센터
Fitness Center
최신 운동 기구를 갖춘 피트니스 센터입니다. 24시간 이용 가능하며, 객실 키로 출입할 수 있습니다.
A fitness center equipped with the latest exercise equipment. Available 24 hours and accessible with your room key.
키즈룸
Kids Room
어린이들을 위한 놀이 공간입니다. 오전 9시부터 오후 8시까지 운영되며, 보호자 동반이 필요합니다.
A play space for children. Open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and guardian accompaniment is required.

성수기 안내
Peak Season Guide
- 여름 성수기: 7월 15일 ~ 8월 25일
- 겨울 성수기: 12월 20일 ~ 1월 10일
- 연휴 기간: 설날, 추석 연휴 (당일 포함 전후 3일)
- 성수기 기간에는 객실 요금이 상이할 수 있습니다.
- 성수기 기간에는 최소 2박 이상 예약이 필요할 수 있습니다.
- Summer Peak Season: July 15 ~ August 25
- Winter Peak Season: December 20 ~ January 10
- Holiday Period: Lunar New Year, Chuseok (including 3 days before and after)
- Room rates may vary during peak seasons.
- A minimum of 2 nights reservation may be required during peak seasons.

예약 취소 및 환불은 아래의 규정에 따라 처리됩니다. 예약 취소는 전화 또는 이메일로 요청해 주시기 바랍니다.

객실 이용 시 주의사항
Precautions for Room Use
- 객실 내 흡연은 금지되어 있습니다. 흡연은 지정된 흡연 구역에서만 가능합니다.
- 객실 내 취사는 허용되지 않습니다. (전기밥솥, 전기그릴 등 사용 금지)
- 반려동물은 동반 입실이 불가합니다. (안내견 제외)
- 객실 내 비품 및 시설물 파손 시 변상 책임이 있습니다.
- 귀중품은 객실 내 금고에 보관하시고, 분실 시 숙소에서 책임지지 않습니다.
- 밤 10시 이후에는 소음으로 인한 다른 투숙객의 불편이 없도록 협조 부탁드립니다.
- Smoking is prohibited in the room. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
- Cooking is not allowed in the room. (Electric rice cookers, electric grills, etc. are prohibited)
- Pets are not allowed. (Except guide dogs)
- You are responsible for compensation in case of damage to room amenities and facilities.
- Please keep valuables in the safe in the room, and the accommodation is not responsible for loss.
- After 10 PM, please cooperate so that other guests are not inconvenienced by noise.
수영장 이용 시 주의사항
Precautions for Pool Use
- 수영장 이용 전 반드시 샤워를 해주시기 바랍니다.
- 음식물 반입 및 취식은 금지되어 있습니다.
- 안전을 위해 달리거나 뛰어들기를 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.
- 12세 미만 어린이는 반드시 보호자 동반 하에 이용 가능합니다.
- 수영장 내 안전요원의 지시에 따라주시기 바랍니다.
- 음주 후 수영장 이용은 금지되어 있습니다.
- Please shower before using the pool.
- Bringing in and eating food is prohibited.
- Please refrain from running or jumping for safety.
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Please follow the instructions of the safety personnel in the pool.
- Using the pool after drinking alcohol is prohibited.
바베큐 이용 시 주의사항

- 바베큐 시설은 사전 예약제로 운영됩니다.
- 화재 위험이 있으니 안전에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 바베큐 이용 후 정리 및 청소를 부탁드립니다.
- 우천 시 바베큐 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
- 바베큐 시설 파손 시 변상 책임이 있습니다.
- BBQ facilities operate on a reservation basis.
- Please be careful of safety as there is a risk of fire.
- Please clean up after using the BBQ.
- BBQ use may be restricted in case of rain.
- You are responsible for compensation in case of damage to BBQ facilities.
