Reservation Guide

• 예약은 실시간 예약 시스템을 통해 24시간 가능합니다.
• 예약 확정을 위해서는 예약금(50%)을 입금해주셔야 합니다.
• 잔금은 체크인 당일 현장에서 결제하시면 됩니다.
• 성수기(7월~8월, 공휴일 전날)에는 예약이 조기에 마감될 수 있으니 서둘러 예약해주세요.
• 예약 변경 및 취소는 이용일 기준 7일 전까지 가능합니다.
• 예약 취소 시 환불 규정에 따라 취소 수수료가 발생할 수 있습니다.

• Reservations are available 24 hours a day through our real-time reservation system.
• A deposit (50%) is required to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance can be paid on the day of check-in.
• During peak season (July-August, days before holidays), reservations may close early, so please book in advance.
• Reservation changes and cancellations are possible up to 7 days before the date of use.
• Cancellation fees may apply according to the refund policy.
